Spring is Here – I Think!

The recent English weather has me confused. I am not even sure that we have had winter yet! Climate change maybe? But I do believe that it is Spring , as I see a crocus or two in a pretty spot in front of the house.

Every year, regardless of what the wind, rain or temperature seem to be doing, this little patch of grass pops up a scattering of crocus, daisy and daffodil flowers, just to tell us that spring is here, in case we had not noticed. In a few weeks the cherry blosson at the end of the little patch of grass will put on its coat of blossoms, and then we KNOW it’s spring.

And then the hayfever season starts… .
