Summer Sunset over Oxfordshire

England is apparently in the grip of a heatwave. That means warm and pleasant evenings, with little likelihood of rain. What a great summer photography opportunity. A couple of nights ago I joined a few people from the Adderbury Deddington and District Photographic Society for an impromptu walk along a bit of the Oxford Canal near Aynho Wharf. With plenty of photo opportunities, what a great way to spend a summer evening, walking in the fresh air with a camera.

Of course an evening like that has to end in the pub with a cold beer (especially as I wasn’t driving this time!).
