This noisy scavenging seagull let me get very close. In Tenby the seagulls are not as bad as I have seen in some places. They will steal any food at hand, but don’t often take it right out of your hand!
Getting up at dawn for the morning “golden hour”, Tenby is alive with the screams of the seagulls. A walk along the Esplanade reveals all the overflowing bins, from the holiday maker’s takeaways the previous evening. The seagulls scavenge from these and the careful photographer can get quite close.
